      Pros

      Technology that we are working with is great and exciting. There are room for improvement, of course, but it is wonderful technology even now. We also have chance to work with very intelligent and friendly people who knows what they are doing. Combining the two points above, newbies are able to grow faster than other places as we are encouraged to learn and ask questions.

      Cons

      There are severe lack of staffs in almost every teams. Some seniors are leaving for variety of reasons but newcomers couldn't learn fast enough to replace outgoing seniors. Due to recent changes, I am afraid that more are leaving. This will lead to high stress and OT for those who stays.

      Pros

      This is a good place to get experience if you're interested in Aerospace, IT, Automotive, CAD, Engineering space. There are opportunities to learn and advance your career if you make the right connections.

      Cons

      Management is very unorganized due to constant shift in priorities. Be prepared to have a new manager assigned quarterly which will impact expectations for performance evaluations. This is a French company that manages business entities around the world. The US and French management are very disconnected. If you are assigned a manager who is based overseas, you will absolutely have a difficult time and minimal work life balance.
