      Pros

      Super talented and amazing people to work with. Most people are really helpful and supportive.

      Cons

      Mandatory 4 days in the office which is tracked despite being in global teams. Hard to book meeting rooms as everyone is always on call with other offices. Poor communication from HR about RTO policy. Constantly hearing about people being laid off where their performance wasn’t the issue. Poor career progression and pay rise is nonexistent. Gaslighting culture from upper management.

      You’re wealthy enough to be relaxed, but not wealthy enough to be careless.

      but NYC’s costs prevent true luxury unless income is much higher.

      Great to be in proximity to such amazing brands like Vogue, Vanity Fair and the New Yorker

      Cons

      Pay is absolutely criminal unless you're "bonus eligible." Another billion dollar company crying poverty. Also, absolutely zero possibility of advancement.
