Pros

I worked in Condé Nast 15 years and I had a good experience, mostly at the beginning. In the last years, with the globalization of the company, things turned worst. We were less human workers and more numbers. But even considering this, I would recommend the company.

Cons

People who take the big decisions are not in direct contact with the real work of their teams.
