work timings: During hiring process they say it is flexible but when you actually join you realise it is 24x7 hike increment - Even if you work or don't work everyone gets the same rating. Another flaw here is that increment % is also prorated which means of you join some where mid last year so your coming year hike percentage would be prorated on months you worked office space: For strength of 500 people they have lunch space for 20 people only micro management: Management is simply pathetic. Not at all product company work culture. Company is not at all employee centric.
