Terrible maternity pay (10 weeks) Salary disparity is a very big problem Fake salary freeze narrative which mainly applied to those that didn’t earn much to begin with HR leadership has been laughable more so now with new “People Director”.

Great to be in proximity to such amazing brands like Vogue, Vanity Fair and the New Yorker

Cons

Pay is absolutely criminal unless you're "bonus eligible." Another billion dollar company crying poverty. Also, absolutely zero possibility of advancement.
