      Pros

      Great cafeteria, stylish colleagues, glamorous to the exterior. It was my first job in the digital media industry, and it helped me get the job that I currently love (gotta know what ya don't want to know what ya want, ya know).

      Cons

      Poor corporate environment that doesn't identify or reward the proper talent. Looks at the business as if it were a ledger, as opposed to innovative and strategic growth.

      You’re wealthy enough to be relaxed, but not wealthy enough to be careless.

      Great to be in proximity to such amazing brands like Vogue, Vanity Fair and the New Yorker

      Cons

      Pay is absolutely criminal unless you're "bonus eligible." Another billion dollar company crying poverty. Also, absolutely zero possibility of advancement.
