      Cool perks like free cosmetics & celebrity events; Super talented senior employees; Assistant job at Conde is kind of like boot camp & really prepares you for a successful career in media; Not many companies compare to Conde as a resume builder

      Cons

      Crazy long hours & high stress- most mags are understaffed and no one seems to care; Pay is low & it's hard to move up without leaving and coming back

      Great to be in proximity to such amazing brands like Vogue, Vanity Fair and the New Yorker

      Cons

      Pay is absolutely criminal unless you're "bonus eligible." Another billion dollar company crying poverty. Also, absolutely zero possibility of advancement.
