Pros

1. Decent work hours 2. Great work-life balance 3. Great place for networking 4. Chance to work with the who's who in the business 5. Great brand name

Cons

1. Horrendous pay (you need to be an ace-ace negotiator to get your worth in money) 2. No ownership of work - too many people with too little responsibility involved in everything 3. A few (thankfully less in number) really stuck-up people who can make life miserable for those around them 4. Leverages the brand name (to the point of manipulation sometimes) to get employees to work in unimaginably low pay

Pros

You’re wealthy enough to be relaxed, but not wealthy enough to be careless.

Cons

but NYC’s costs prevent true luxury unless income is much higher.

Pros

Great to be in proximity to such amazing brands like Vogue, Vanity Fair and the New Yorker

Cons

Pay is absolutely criminal unless you're "bonus eligible." Another billion dollar company crying poverty. Also, absolutely zero possibility of advancement.
