Politics at every level of the organization - tons of red tape and high-school like behavior amongst your peers. Competition is one thing, then there's the constant brown nosing and back stabbing. No clarity or cohesiveness on company wide objectives Lots of managers on ego trips who have no clue how to lead and instead breed fear A sense of entitlement and arrogance from C suite Miscommunication across brands, teams, and people is default here. Very little people in middle or upper management are actually competent -- most will get by because they speak eloquently or "know someone" Old school idea of how to iterate and build a brand or product. All innovation is driven by some big wig's agenda and not supported by data. Disappointing lack of available resources for analytics Look, work here if you want to. There's a big push for changes in parts of the company while the old school print side flounders and dies. Don't work here if you can't put up with the growing pains of a century-old company trying to stay afloat in a digital world. Also don't give into their aggressive recruiting style. Some teams have forced "culture" and you can see it if you demand to have a real interview process where you meet everyone, not just puppets who'll try to convince you everything is great.
