Shift pattern and the pay

Cons

They give ZERO training and expect you to sort your own out even if you have never done the job before. They’ll then fire you for not asking enough. They will also fire you if you don’t fit in with the managers “click”. Don’t point out any health and safety issues (which there are loads) because they don’t like this and won’t fix it anyway. Some h&s issues haven’t been fixed for years after various reports. No wonder their accident rate doesn’t go down. If you’re not a slave they don’t want you. They pay so high because it traps you at CCEP as no other company pays that much for the roles provided unless you’re an engineer. My advice don’t go! They’ll kick you out on your final night shift after making you get changed and started work. Escorted off property like you’re a criminal. They don’t like it when you come in more qualified than the managers
