Pros
I guess you can say the free drinks, however really not worth it at the expense of your mental health and wellbeing
Cons
Was told something completely different at interviews to what the role actually was. Turnover high. Lack of support from “senior leadership”. No one takes accountability - you’d are left to flounder and even if you ask for help, no one wants to give it to you for fear that if it goes wrong, you’ll get the blame for it… even though there was no other solution and nobody wants to help give one. Training? None. I was given a portfolio and basically told to deal with it. Given a “business critical project” within a week or so of starting with no support, training of their systems. Still managed to over deliver, whilst working all hours and making myself mentally sick and drained. However still got pulled up because I did it “using my own strategies and not CCEP’s way”. Unbelievable. Do yourself a favour and don’t be blinded by the name/brand. Although my role was not in Sales, I was warned by someone who previously worked in the Sales team that CCEP was terrible, but due to their experience being a couple of years ago, I naively thought that the environment may have changed since they were there. The worst, most toxic workplace I’ve ever had the misfortune to worked in.
