Pros

Company car Free food/drinks from customers

Cons

1. No carer progression (have to work in the role for minimum 18 months before you can APPLY for another role). Doesn't matter what your previous experience is. 2. Automated by the system. Even if you visit all your assigned clients in one day you are expected to continue working until end of day. 3. Management do spot checks where they secretly follow you on your assigned route to ensure you are where you are meant to be. 4. Very repetitive - it is just a glorified admin role, dont really learn any sales skills more just checking what different shops/customers have in stock and making reccomendation. 5. Route is not always the most efficient and you are expected to follow the route or you will get told off. 6. Cannot go to the main office to buy discounted drinks (very cheap as Employee) as are expected to be on your patch at all times and 7. No base/office - you have a team but work solely by yourself everyday. There is one in person meeting once a month. Otherwise you will be on your patch. 8. Not somewhere to work if you are looking for a corporate role - anybody with a licence can work here...
