      Pros

      You can get what you deserve here. Allowances like internet reimbursement are decent enough, The CFMG team and other team of capgemini will get to you as soon as possible which will make you feel more comfortable to raise any issue ticket. Quite supportive senior team.

      Cons

      Assigning of manager is bit confusing and not much interactive and also few senior officials will not speak with dignity and respect but they just speak like demanding.

      Many different projects to work on and get tons of experience Great professional communities (Architects, Managers, PMOs, etc.) Great employee networks and affinity groups Good insurance benefits and a matching 401k
