      Not a great comapany to start the career

      Cons

      Never cared about employees. They did not even have an exit interview, even after spending 4 years in the company. Np proper training. Always found ways to cut down all the facilities. Salary Hike was just a joke. No proper transportation for women employees.

      Many different projects to work on and get tons of experience Great professional communities (Architects, Managers, PMOs, etc.) Great employee networks and affinity groups Good insurance benefits and a matching 401k

      Hazy career path Little to no recognition Nonexistent salary hikes
