      Capgemini has a motivated workforce of talented resources and a helpful management structure. Good opportunities of growth and a strong focus on training and development.

      Cons

      Moving across business lines and working on sales/pre-sales while you belong to a delivery practice is difficult. Too much focus on billed days and utilization, even for middle/upper middle management.
