      1. Having Cab facility 2. Cafeteria 3. Brand name(doesn't have any mean now)

      1. Salary is not based on your talent. 2. 3 months notice period 3. No learning opportunity. 4. Worst lifestyle. 5. Worst salary. Even sometime less than a peon. 6. Fixed appraisal rate(~8-10%)
