Pros

Disturbed workforce with ability to work from home while not missing out on in office environment as no one works in an office

Cons

Shady culture. Lots of oversight and time double checking if people follow process with little to no focus on outcomes and critical thinking. No career path planning. Feedback only on process adherence. Commissions are difficult to track and they make employee always prove what they earned No strategy at any level. Grow faster is not a strategy. Hard to take care of customers as little attention to caring at all levels of org.

Pros

The entire process (although long) was smooth; I was assigned a client, a team, and onboarding.

Cons

Once the client canceled their contract with Baires due to company costs, they indicated they would find me another client, but after only a week, they told me there were none and that they had to terminate my contract. They never called back, even after I reapplied
