      Work life balance. Good benefits. No Micro management. Bonus. travel to Paris.

      Cons

      Poor in Work Culture. Politics in lower level. Mostly managers are converted from contract employee to permanent position, Contract employees will get more recognition and benefits rather than permanent employees. Lack of recognition.
