The bank's policy is to assign a buddy to guide new employees and help them settle in, but from what I saw in my case and other cases, this was not followed. This is NOT a good place to work if you can't speak Spanish. Average salary is worst than competence. In some locations and teams, middle management is a drama. Career path is not clear, you must fight for it. Office politics degree needed to be able to mentally survive among all the gaslight of some middle managers.
