      Pros

      Relatively good 401k. Free parking if you have EV.

      Cons

      By far the worst company I’ve worked at. The environment is extremely toxic. HR is ineffective, and leadership is driven by politics and appearances rather than fairness or performance. Long hours are the norm, with no real training, no documentation, and no meaningful support for new employees. The company lacks diversity in practice despite what it promotes publicly. Most teams are homogenous, and it’s clear that inclusion is not genuinely prioritized.

      Although the company is headquartered in the United States all of the serious decisions are made in Spain and Europe rather than here

      Pros

      Solid pay, amazing benefits, best 410k match I've ever seen. Very generous PTO.

      Cons

      Extreme micromanagement, very high turnover, getting anything accomplished is a challenge. Management knows there are major issues, but nothing changes. Job would be bearable if the manager were replaced. Way too much finger pointing.
