Revolving door of leadership at AVANGRID level (CEO, Deputy CEO, CFO, CHRO, Chief Communication and Sustainability Officer) all left in the first half of 2022. Many key departures in leadership roles at Renewables and other Operating Companies, endless attrition, gaps in leadership throughout the business, lack of succession planning and growth opportunities, under-market and non-competitive salary, many new and old employees are leaving due to toxic management that has gone unaddressed. In my experience, performance management is less based on performance and more on meeting quotas for bonus payout.
