      Pros

      co-workers, benefits, work life balance is good but could be better. pay is just okay.

      Cons

      Pay does not comensurate with experience. Over-worked, high stress and unrealistic deadlines. Moved company headquarters to Orange Ct from Portland, Maine and have not told the employees . The move occured on 6/27/2017 and was posted on the Avangrid website under Press Releases. Company allows age discrimination, manager harrassment as well as the permitting of unethical hiring practices of managers. There is no room for growth in this company. They DO NOT promote from within.

      Although the company is headquartered in the United States all of the serious decisions are made in Spain and Europe rather than here

      Pros

      Solid pay, amazing benefits, best 410k match I've ever seen. Very generous PTO.

      Cons

      Extreme micromanagement, very high turnover, getting anything accomplished is a challenge. Management knows there are major issues, but nothing changes. Job would be bearable if the manager were replaced. Way too much finger pointing.
