Health plans, retirement contributions, and wellness programs are designed around long-term employee well-being. Retirement match is second to none.

      Although the company is headquartered in the United States all of the serious decisions are made in Spain and Europe rather than here

      Pros

      Solid pay, amazing benefits, best 410k match I've ever seen. Very generous PTO.

      Cons

      Extreme micromanagement, very high turnover, getting anything accomplished is a challenge. Management knows there are major issues, but nothing changes. Job would be bearable if the manager were replaced. Way too much finger pointing.
