Pros
Supportive management, great team atmosphere, skill growth opportunities, competitive pay and benefits. The retirement plan is a 403B with competitive company matching and a yearly sum added to your account. Maternity benefits are great as well with the company offering up to 18 weeks of leave - some of it may be unpaid based on PTO but the length is a lot longer than most companies offer.
Cons
Staffing ratios can sometimes be too much - 1:8 even with high acuity patients.
