-Great Pay -Great Benefits - Great Job Role - allowed to be creative in getting your task completed.
Cons
- Depending on your manager, your going to really enjoy your job or not.. It depends on how they invest in the team and your individual progress as you mature and grow. Night shift gets little senior support from safety as most of time their is Safety Manager on the night shift unless your at the biggest warehouses. Medium to small warehouses its just you as a specialist and the training is very poor for a new hire unless the manager has the foresight to allow you to shadow dayshift for a couple weeks to learn the role.
