- Pretty much everything else. There is no work/life balance. As a Pathways, you are constantly reminded you are on a ticking clock. This would be fine if you had a manager that actually cared about you and your development. - Managers. Your mileage will vary here. I was unfortunate in that I was placed at an extremely toxic site run by Sr. Managers that have huge egos and little knowledge and would retaliate against you if they felt like you were lowering their leadership scores. - The environment as a whole is toxic. Everything we read in the our management case studies about Amazon is true, especially in fulfillment. The media reports are spot on and if you are a manager that cares, be prepared to do it all on your own because leadership doesn’t care.
