Political and employed in bad team under worst manager - SDE-2 Backend Amazon Employee Review

Too many cons. Manager is everything. You will not get a chance to switch team transparently. Some teams work will be too much boring and they will make your life miserable. Do not trust some of the manager, he will be your worst enemy for your career at amazon. I would not suggest to ruin your career by joining Amazon or even if u do , well research project areas of working and find yourself suitable for the team as well. Do not go for only money, there are many good startup which can pay reasonable and will give you ample opportunity to grow in your career both professionaly and financially.
