The pay was decent and there was good communication with management and HR and high value placed on safety and training
Cons
Constant overtime, emphasis placed on making rate, people constantly moving in and out so never many properly trained and experienced workers and hard to make friends, and third-party hiring had very strict and uptight rules with no room for specific situations despite actual blue-badges having more leeway, it was difficult to get hired on as a blue badge because of chaotic environment
