      Pros

      *Review after working as SDE for 2 years* College type fun environment in office. ownership is very high. You'll just be told what to do, how to do part is completely in your hand. No hypocrisy. You can go home if you don't have work in office. Flexible work environment. No punch-in punch-out/timesheet handling, you can take WFH for months if its not affecting your project work.

      Cons

      almost everybody rushes for Promotion and its given important than it should be.

      Pros

      Really smart people, a lot of opportunity for growth, always encouraged to be innovative, think big, and create something new. Competitive salary and benefits with other major tech companies. 100% self motivating work environment. No dress code and 4 legged friends are welcome.

      Cons

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
