Pros
Started on a very positive note, great learning and development opportunities, good team and decent work conditions. After the onboarding things escalated quickly - lots of extra hours that needed to be put in, without any compensation, travelling during the weekends, without any acknowledgement or compensation and the growth opportunities depend on how much or how little the manager that you report to likes you or not.
Cons
- daily hours of extra work requested without any compensation (financial or off time) being provided - lack of transparency for promotions - growth opportunities subject to the personal report established with management
