      Pros

      Good place to be in the travel technology industry, very well-perceived. Pay not the best, but offers stability and other benefits that can be of value to some people.

      Cons

      Complex business structure, decision-making takes long time (more consensus driven)...somtimes the French part of business can really make things go at a slow pace.
