      Perks. Nice atmosphere with colleagues. Flexibility of schedules.

      Cons

      Salaries are lower than other similar companies. Too much dependency on investors’ expectations. Too much politics. Reorganizations happen too often harming stability of long term plans. Return to office new policy.
