Pros
The negative and toxic impact this place has on your well being completely outstrips anything good it may have going for it. It’s a job - that’s about as good as it gets.
Cons
Where to start… no transparency everything is cloak and dagger, there’s a real lack of honesty, they say one thing and so another. Nepotism is rife - lots of jobs going to the country managers ‘mates’ - Spain controls the money so no autonomy or budget to do anything. People leave a lot and there’s a really high turnover of staff and they don’t get replaced so extra workload is put on those that remain with no thanks or support. Nearly all of the nice people who were caring and committed have left and what you’re left with is a bunch of people who don’t know what they’re doing and don’t care about it anyway. Such a shame.
