Pros
-Strong brand recognition -Competitive pay and bonus structure -Strong methodologies and processes -Tops of training opportunities (in house and vendor) -Good work/life balance (not always, but management is very supportive) -Accenture assigns each employee, regardless of rank, to a career counselor -Great or competitive benefits (401K matching and profit-sharing)
Cons
-Promotions and ratings are very engagement specific. It doesn't seem as if everyone is following the same formula. Also, the lattering piece is so convoluted that I've had managers and senior managers get confused as they're trying to explain to me how I was rated. -Services workforce has a no landing points or clear career path.
