Not a good place to work

Pros

The salary used to be high, with good rises. You have the chance to travel a lot to many places.

Cons

The rises were not that good and the chances to travel become an obligatory thing.

Pros

- A lot of projects and work stability - You can learn a lot depending on your project - You'll meet a lot of people and your network will grow - There're some really good projects - Certifications are easily achievable - Salary is not that low

Cons

- There're not that many opportunities to grow as they make it look like. - Normally the try to exploit your sense of duty to get unpaid time and effort from you. - It's pretty difficult to find a project where your work gets recognized. - Projects are sold at a very low cost to the client, and that gets you in some complicated situations. - Home working opportunities are hard to come by, depending if you get a good project or one of the many, many bad ones.

Pros

Great teammates and work environment

Cons

Each day it gets more of a big company's mindset and less a startup, losing the identity and benefits
