You can always push your limits here as Accenture will always have greater hand towards new opportunities if your lead and manager are supporting. You can learn and gain experience of corporate world and how business work. Allowance are descent and for some clients beyond descent.
Cons
You need to figure out your career path as there is not anyone to guide your path again with some exceptions. Some support projects are making your grey matter really go away as there is nothing productive there and it's that only you are working as a bot as I have watched some of my colleagues. At the end support project are not for people seeking to be a developer.
