Pros
Package are great, you would stay in the company for nice benefits and salary and throw your life away. People are generally nice, but usually those on the lower positions. If you are lucky, you might get an interesting project.
Cons
Long working hours - but in the way that you are surfing on the net for a few days-week because there is nothing to do on the project (input from clients is missing and your manager doesn't care about this - because "it's client fault and he's paying a lot of money to us, we should not bother him"). When the deadline is close, suddenly everyone awakens and start to work overtime and weekends... but the quality of this job is just average. (not like the claim - High potential. Delivered... it's just delivered.)
