Pros

Nice brand which may look nice in a CV during early stages of a carrier. Accenture's marketing budget hides the reality of an un appropriate and unethical culture triggered by a mix of factors such as hyper internal competition amongst employees which push them to have poor behavior (At Accenture, this is exaggerated, compared to other companies). But their branding power wipes out this reality, so the good side is the company name may look nice in your CV for those recruiters unaware of the reality.

Cons

Exagerated internal competition culture, lack of trust amongst employees and a need to prioritise the pyramid structure maintenance as opposite to compensate true talent who may not be interested in becoming Manager, Senior Mgr., etc. (vertical growth). Often, employees want to grow technically (not vertically in a hierarchy). Very political environment oriented to satisfying the pocket of few at the to of the hierarchy.

Pros

There are a lot of pros working for Accenutre. They have great career opportunities, a never ending supply of interesting work, competitive compensation, wonderful benefits, great people, wonderful training programs, a tremendous number of brilliant professionals in their fields ready to help, and great core values.

Cons

This is not an opportunity for those that do not want to work. At Accenture everyone has a load of work to do and often times under very tight customer time lines. It is a challenge that I enjoy but many might find it stressful.
