Pros

Large global network of resources available for projects. If it has been done before, Accenture probably has information about it that can be used to make like easier.

Cons

Work Life Balance can be non existent on some projects. Management under estimates the work on projects and then tries to make up for it by have people work 70+ hour weeks to hit the deadline. Compensation is not on par with compeitors or even clients in a lot of cases. Accenture only aims to be in the low middle of the pack on salary, which means a lot of the best talent can get large pay increases to leave.

Pros

There are a lot of pros working for Accenutre. They have great career opportunities, a never ending supply of interesting work, competitive compensation, wonderful benefits, great people, wonderful training programs, a tremendous number of brilliant professionals in their fields ready to help, and great core values.

Cons

This is not an opportunity for those that do not want to work. At Accenture everyone has a load of work to do and often times under very tight customer time lines. It is a challenge that I enjoy but many might find it stressful.
