Caring about 'culture' and 'inclusivity' is all a lie. Management doesn't care about health issues of employees and will treat them horribly and without empathy. They will hold grudges and be extremely petty during the exit interview and after you've left as well. Avoid working here if you care at all about your mental health. If you're a person of colour - run.
