Pros
10% discount card.Good colleagues for the most part.Very unclear on what is expected sometimes,so staff just bumble through the shift waiting for it to end.
Cons
Terrible management structure.Line managers ignore problems on the shop floor,yet should a customer complain then all hell breaks loose.They need to respect the staff,especially the cleaners who are treated very poorly.
