Pros
nice colleagues, get 10% staff discount after 3 months joining. Night rate is OK. Do offer lots of overtime (in any section) and get subsidised canteen. Can do NVQs etc and train to be a manger. Train you up to go to another company!!!
Cons
don't reward colleagues with experience or relevant qualifactions, ie Pharmacy colleagues, paid the same what ever section in, unless a manager. Can be clicky and over friendly and gossipy.
