colleague support for each other. working as a valued part of a team. being able to use my own initiative on a daily basis, also the opportunity to develop my own skills thus enhancing my ability to move further forward and onto a carrier in management. the pays not bad too.
Cons
not been given an answer to a simple request for information by department managers. bewildered as to how the same colleagues can abuse our sickness policy. i become very disheartened at the attitude of some colleagues towards our company. ASDA
