Pros
the people you work with, 9 times out of 10, are nice people that you can get along with :) most managers are legit, helpful and hardworking alongside their colleagues fairly flexible in regards to fitting around other jobs always something new to learn good opportunities to improve or try something new always lots of overtime
Cons
hypocrisy: managers and policy breaking. they can, you cant. for no good reasons either. policies are there to protect you, but only when it suits the managers rota's get changed without your knowledge, you will only know if you check. if you are like me, and cant work any overtime, then this is a problem. lockers get broken into fairly often
