Pros

Great diversity in employees and people working there, good opportunities as many office locations, creative and innovative people, high quality brands.

Cons

Poor salary, hard work was rarely rewarded, talented staff often left and less talented staff promoted, poor decision making at senior management level (e.g. rushed office moves, risky acquisitions). A lot of bureaucracy in the shared services and their inability to take responsibility for business decisions.

Pros

- Very talented people who truly work hard to succeed - Growth niche industry - Reasonable office space - reasonable benefits

Cons

- Little to no consistency in direction. Whatever way the wind blows is today's direction - No appreciation for the Herculean effort put in by rank and file staff. Work excessive overtime and don't receive more than a "what are you going to do next?" - Management is underqaulified and overpaid
