Thank you for your review. We need to improve some areas, and your insights are invaluable in helping us get there. We recognize that regional marketing roles are crucial to our success and that they deserve the visibility and recognition they deserve. In your position as the Field Director, we ask that you actively work with leadership to ensure that every contribution is highlighted and aligned with our broader objectives. Regarding our martech infrastructure, working on the need for a more robust digital marketing foundation includes everyone's efforts and needed investment, plus our teams evaluating solutions to support more efficient and impactful marketing efforts. We want you to feel empowered to speak up about these areas of concern. Finally, we hear you on the issue of internal politics. We’re committed to fostering a collaborative environment, which means challenging ourselves to work transparently and supportively at all levels. Thank you for helping us grow stronger.

Pros

Work like balance, 100% remote

Cons

- bad manager who has no idea what they were talking a about. Taking all of the credits to be their own and often throw employees under the bus by pointing fingers - no knowledge of the product they manage and try to come up with solution to make the product even worse. - micro-managed - no transparency - 1:1 just kept asking what lease to update and always said that makes sense the. Turned around throw the employee under the bus by saying oh I am not aware of this.
