Pros

Good benefits, vacation and the option of working at home. Good people to work with. I like my Manager and is always there to help me out whenever I need assistance.

Cons

Not getting recognized on a job well done by your peers. Dedicated workers overlooked for promotion. Overworked and underpaid. With everything going on it is hard to keep a positive attitude. Company needs to treat employees better.
