Pros

really nice smart people working here who are very engaged and knowledgeable. Everyone is willing to help and teach you. Management is visible but not engaged with employees.

Cons

People are not valued. Very few options for job rotations and none for promotions. Focus is constantly on cutting costs and there is no clear strategy. Continuous reorganizations without a proper strategy going forward.
