Pros

The company is supportive of flexible working hours to fit personal needs as long as commitments are met. They also promote community involvement. Very competitive wages and benefits.

Cons

An Amsterdam based company currently focused on building a younger European workforce and managing out the mature US labor staff. The exit of vast experience and tribal knowledge (both managed and those who disagreed with the direction and left on their own) hinders progress.
