Pros

I have been working here for 2.5 years and am happy with the flexible working environment and a focus to work-life balance. Working from home is encouraged as managers trust their employees. Also the atmosphere in the office is pretty good and positive.

Cons

The company's vision and direction are a bit blurry. The main management style is top-down, so the changes happen very slowly. Also, to grow within a company can be slow as an unofficial requirement is min 3 years to be spent in one position.
